Meezan Bank has put out a career invite for a Manager Service Analytics role in the Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group, at its Head Office in Karachi. Applicants should have at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics (a Masters is preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution, plus minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Service Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance Analytics or nearby related areas. A background qualification in Islamic Finance will be taken as an extra plus.
