National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking applicants for two management positions at their Call Center in Karachi and Islamabad. There are two openings for the position of Manager Quality Assurance and Workforce Manager in their Call Centers on contractual basis. In case of both the positions, four years of experience is needed in Call Centers of financial institutions with relevant experience in quality assurance/ work force management. Those individuals having completed their graduation/ masters may apply for these posts.
