For this senior level management position, candidates with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or any other relevant discipline are required, along with at least 10-12 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, particularly in the real estate industry. Candidates must have the ability to devise maintenance strategies, budgeting, safety regulation compliances, and management of the maintenance staff.
