Shifa College of Nursing (SCN), Islamabad has declared admission for the PhD in Nursing Program for the Spring 2027 session. Last date for application will be November 13, 2026, while the entrance test will be held on November 21, 2026, and the classes will start from January 18, 2027. Applications will be invited from candidates who possess MSN degree or its equivalents from recognized institutions with at least CGPA of 3.0 (First Division).
