Key Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Stitching & Finishing Operations.
• Drive initiatives that will increase productivity, quality, and improve efficiencies.
• Diagnose and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Lead and execute Lean & Six Sigma projects for improving processes.
• Collaborate with Production, IE, Quality and other support areas.
• Develop leadership and managerial skills for future growth.

• Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related discipline. Automotive OEM experience preferred.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an automotive area management role.
