Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations including clinical and non-clinical departments
• Monitor the performance of the departments and ensure that they operate with maximum efficiency
• Consult with HODs and management to tackle and resolve operational issues
• Ensure that the hospital's policies, regulations, procedures, and standards are followed and implemented
• Review reports on the operations and make recommendations on the most appropriate actions to take
• Oversee the administrative resources and other facilities needed for the smooth running of the hospital
• Assist the management with plans and initiatives to improve the operations.
