BYD Pakistan (represented by the Mega Motor Co.) is currently looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Manager (based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) for the purpose of leading car dealerships networks and developing retail and corporate sales in this growing international car brand. The candidate will have to take part in implementing area development marketing plans, monitoring the traffic of showrooms, managing lead conversion and dealer performance while maintaining OEM sales policies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area sales plans in line with regional sales targets and annual business plans.
• Ensure the operation of the dealers network, monitor the flow of traffic through showrooms and sales funnel, drive retail and corporate sales volumes.
• Coordinate with Dealer Principals, sales team, Sales Administration, Aftersales, and other relevant departments on allocations, deliveries, and dealer claims.
• Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, lead funnel, and other key performance indicators for the dealers network in the region.
• Conduct area development marketing activities and physical activation of the dealerships.
• Monitor the conversion rates of leads, collect competitive intelligence, and escalated customer service claims.
• Organize training for dealerships staff on products, standard selling processes, and customer dealing modules.

Eligibility Criteria

Area Sales Manager

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related discipline. Automotive OEM experience preferred.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an automotive area management role.
• Skills Required: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems; proven track record in managing dealership networks, driving retail and corporate sales growth, and optimizing lead conversion; strong result orientation, consultative selling capabilities, analytical skills, effective negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Location: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
