Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs and tenders in depth, getting clear on client specifications for understanding the requirements of projects and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed costing of industrial, commercial and MEP projects including HVAC system, electrical installation, plumbing, firefighting system, material costs, labor costs, and overheads.
- Be responsible for preparing comprehensive bids, quotations, and proposals, as well as tender documents.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), carry out material take-offs (MTOs) for mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, and budget projects.
- Use cross-disciplinary expertise for integrating and consolidating multi-discipline project bids.
