Ismail Industries Limited has opened up a career opportunity in the capacity of Visibility Planning Lead for its Karachi office. The selected candidate will have to ensure brand visibility in the market through proper planning and coordination with sales and trade marketing departments. Some of the main job duties include the preparation of annual and quarterly visibility plans in line with the brand plan, management of the deployment of POSM (i.e., racks, danglers, signage, and fixture), and adherence to market visibility requirements. Job applicants should be graduates in Business Administration (Preference given to Master’s) with minimum three to five years of experience in Trade Marketing, especially in the FMCG category.

Key Responsibilities
- Take care of POSM execution (racks, danglers, wobblers, signs and permanent fittings) in order to get optimum coverage and positioning
- Work in tandem with Sales, Trade Marketing and other external agencies for optimum execution
- Outline and communicate merchandising guidelines, planograms and displays
- Get good merchandising route planning and outlet visits in place
- Monitor on-ground execution through reports, pictures and orders
