SEARLE Company Limited has opened up a career opportunity for the post of Lead/Senior Lead Manager Quality Assurance at its Karachi Plant (SITE). The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing, packaging and IPC processes adhere to approved SOP, cGMP and other regulatory requirements while overseeing IPC processes, including staffing, training and documentation. Some of the major responsibilities for this job include conducting deviation investigations, OOS/OOT investigation results, implementation of CAPA, leading quality assurance process for toll manufacturing, compliance meeting, preparation and maintenance of the Validation Master Plan and representation of the Validation function during regulatory audits. Eligible candidates should have a Pharm-D or M.Sc. in Chemistry with 10-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all manufacturing, packaging and IPC processes adhere to approved SOPs, cGMP, and regulations.
• Investigate deviation, OOS/OOT results, carry out CAPA and closure of any quality process.
• Undertake compliance meetings, audit observations, identify gaps, and undertake effective CAPA and closure.
• Ensure that the Validation Master Plan is developed and maintained in order to ensure validation systems are ready for inspections.
