CDA Is Hiring Manager & Documentation Officer Jobs 2026 In Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) is recruiting professionals with relevant experience for their Project Management Unit (PMU) to manage the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre. Applications are being invited from professionals for seven different positions on a contract basis, which include Senior Manager and other Managers. These positions range between PPS-7 to PPS-10 pay scale and are based in Islamabad. This is an opportunity to be part of a historic project of the federal government. 

Eligibility Criteria

Senior Manager – PMU (PPS-10)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Age: 38–55 years

Manager Civil (PPS-9)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PEC Registered Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Age: 30–45 years

Manager MEP (PPS-9)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• PEC Registered Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Age: 30–45 years

Manager IT (PPS-9)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Age: 30–45 years

Manager BIM (PPS-9)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
• Minimum 8 years of BIM implementation experience
• Age: 30–45 years

Manager Finance (PPS-9)

• MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Age: 30–45 years

Documentation Officer (PPS-7)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Library Sciences, HR Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Age: 30–40 years
