GHQ Rawalpindi Invites Assistant, Stenotypist, UDC & Photographer Jobs 2026

General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi has issued an important announcement for the recruitment of civilians for the year 2026, calling for applications from individuals willing to join the force at different pay scales ranging from BPS-08 to BPS-15. The available positions include Assistant, Stenotypist, UDC, LDC, Photographer, Copy Paster, Draughtsman, Translator, and Offset Machineman. Individuals possessing qualifications such as Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, along with diplomas/ DAE can apply. Quotas will be given on provincial basis to Punjab, Sindh Urban/Rural, KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, GB, and AJK.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Qualification: Graduation
• Requirements: Typing speed of 20 WPM and computer literacy
• Age Limit: 18–33 Years

Stenotypist (BPS-14)

• Qualification: Intermediate
• Requirements: Shorthand 80 WPM, Typing 40 WPM, Computer literacy
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

UDC (BPS-13)

• Qualification: Intermediate
• Requirements: Typing speed of 25 WPM and computer literacy
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

Photographer (BPS-13)

• Qualification: Matric
• Experience: 3–5 years in photography
• Age Limit: 18–35 Years

Copy Paster (BPS-13)

• Qualification: DAE (Computer Science)
• Experience: 2 years in Copy Pasting/Graphic Art and Printing Press
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

LDC (BPS-11)

• Qualification: Matric
• Requirements: Typing speed of 30 WPM and computer literacy
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

Draughtsman (BPS-11)

• Qualification: Matric with a 3-Year Diploma in D’Manship or 2-Year Diploma with 2 years' experience
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

Translator (BPS-10)

• Qualification: Graduation
• Experience: 3 years in technical translation
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years

Offset Machineman (BPS-08)

• Qualification: Matric
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience in a printing press
• Age Limit: 18–30 Years
