Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and Process Sales Orders (SO’s and OBD’s) in the SAP system accurately
• Act as a link between production, dispatching, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with customers for sales, order confirmation, delivery schedules, and complaint resolution
• Maintain and update customer information and order details in the system
• Support the sales team by providing information for quotations, updating prices, and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines while raising sales documents and approvals for sales
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, payments, and credit-related activities
• Prepare sales and order reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
