Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate month end salary payments to all employees
• Handle payments and proper documentation and compliance
• Reconcile Directors' accounts and maintain updated financial records
• Manage notices, coordination with relevant authorities and attend hearings where applicable
• Administration and control in respect to expenses and any other requirements as and when required
• Oversee and process Temp staff salaries ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Compliance with all relevant and updated Tax laws, staying well versed with current regulations
