Crumble is seeking a Payroll & HR Compliance Officer to join the HR team in Islamabad. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee and payroll data in the HRIS/payroll system, assisting with EOBI, Social Security and other statutory requirements, and supporting payroll reconciliation and verification. The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field with 2-3 years of payroll and compliance experience, and in-depth knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance and hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day to day payroll activities and assist in monthly payroll closing
- Ensure proper attendance and leave records are updated and maintained in accordance with company policies
- Input and maintain employee and payroll data in the HRIS/payroll system
- Assist with EOBI, Social Security and other statutory payroll requirements
- Respond to general employee inquiries in relation to attendance, leave, deductions and salary
- Maintain records pertaining to payroll and support payroll reconciliation and verify process.
