Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of compounding workload, productivity, wastage, and quality metrics
• Monitor the KPIs of the compounding pharmacy department
• Keep record of statistics of the workload on a daily and monthly basis
• Help in the validation of pricing for new compounding items
• Help in controlling costs through reduction of wastage and keeping an eye on nearly expired inventory
• Work alongside procurement, stores, and finance departments for seamless operations
• Maintain protective clothing and GMP compounding
• Give compounding estimates to the patients and their attendants
• Make sure that the chemicals for compounding are available
