Responsibilities

The key accountabilities entail the production of comparative statements, issue of purchase orders, invoice clearances, and coordination with project managers and site engineers to ensure no delays in the delivery of materials and supplies. Qualifications required for this job position include a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or any other related discipline and have at least five to six years of procurement experience in the construction, EPC, or civil engineering materials field.

Eligibility Criteria

Position: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Civil Materials)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience: 5–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction, EPC, or civil infrastructure sector

• Skills Required:
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of local market rates in Pakistan
• Procurement and supplier management

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Looking after procurement of construction materials (heavy steel, cement, aggregates) – end to end sourcing, building and managing relationships with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, credit terms and reliable supply chain.
• Preparing comparisons, raising purchase orders and checking invoices.
• Coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure materials are flowing without any disruptions and project timelines are not impacted.
