Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd is offering various jobs in Lahore. The company is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Project Manager (02 Posts). The Project Manager will oversee project execution from mobilization until completion and handover and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget while delivering value to the client. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (PMP preferred) and at least 10-15 years of experience in industrial-level construction and project management, including planning, execution, budgeting, resource management, and HSE compliance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline

Certifications: PMP or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial-level construction/project management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from mobilization till completion and hand over
• Planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling of the project to ensure that it meets the time, cost, and quality objectives
• Development and monitoring of project execution plan, work programs, schedule and milestones, and project control targets.
• Effective coordination with the Client, Consultant, Project Director, Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring of project execution against the scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contract requirements.
• Achieving effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Review drawing, specification, BOQ, method statement, and other technical documents to ensure the proper implementation of works.
• Identification of project risks, delays, constraints, and critical paths and put in place appropriate recovery/mitigation measures.
