Elite Power (Pvt.) Ltd is looking a career opportunities for Lead Engineer O&M (Solar) and Technician O&M (Solar) at its Valencia Town Lahore office. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for managing the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the company’s solar PV projects. He or she will also ensure compliance with OEM requirements while carrying out field operation reports. The candidate must be a B.Sc. in Electrical/Renewable/Solar Energy with at least five years of experience. The Technician will perform routine maintenance, testing, fault finding, and remedial work on the company’s deployed solar PV systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Lead Engineer O&M (Solar)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Energy, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Solar PV industry, specifically in Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Skills Required: Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel; proven experience in PV projects and PV O&M.

Technician O&M (Solar)

• Education/Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the Solar PV industry, with previous Solar PV maintenance experience, preferably on MW-scale or large commercial systems.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Location: Valencia Town, Lahore.
