Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) has announced an opening for the position of Manager, Employee Relations in Human Resources at its Korangi Campus in Karachi. The role is central to leading investigations into workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters, while advising management on employee relations best practices and working closely with the HR Head to design and implement policies that promote employee engagement, fairness, and organizational compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Hardware Technician

• Education/Qualification: Intermediate or relevant diploma from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hardware Technician in a large-scale industrial setup
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in printer toner refilling, repair, and servicing; PC servicing; hardware equipment repair and maintenance
• Location: Faisalabad

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for employees in relation to personnel issues, including complaints, conflicts, inappropriate behavior, and disciplinary actions
• Lead employee relations investigations into complaints, harassment allegations, policy violations, and other pertinent issues.
• Monitor, update, and revise employee relations policies, procedures, and the employee handbook as needed.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and other requirements, and mitigate organizational risks and liabilities.
• Carry out exit interviews and analyses while providing recommendations based on findings.
• Document all employee relations activities and ensure confidentiality when required.
