Eligibility Criteria

Position: Manager – Production

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field

Experience: 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a production leadership role

Experience: Bakery or biscuits production experience is preferred

Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of industrial baking machinery and manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift work in manufacturing: mixing, forming, baking, cooling and primary and secondary packing to meet daily targets
• Ensure day-to-day and weekly production plans are met in order to comply with supply chain requirements while avoiding stock outs
• Enforce GMP, HACCP and other applicable global standards like BRCGS and SQF in collaboration with QA/QC to avoid defects, weighments issues and minimize batch variations
• Handle day-to-day manpower organization, shift hand over, attendance and paperwork including production logs and ERP entries
