Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional trade marketing and channel strategies in alignment with business, sales, and brand goals within General Trade, Modern Trade, LMT, and other applicable channels.
• Implement regional sales and growth strategies using trade promotion, in-store execution, POSM deployment, planogram execution, and Perfect Store activities.
• Manage the budget allocation for regional trade marketing along with the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key clients, distributors, and strategic retail partners.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and trade partners through negotiating shelf space, secondary displays, and gondola placement with clients.
• Perform regular market visits and audits to keep track of competitive activities, market trends, execution issues, and opportunities for converting them into regional action plans.
