Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is offering a job vacancy for the post of Graphic Designer in Karachi for a temporary period of employment. The candidate must have at least Intermediate qualification with proven experience in the field of book layout, publishing, or any other print production experience, preferably in Urdu language. The candidate should also be an expert in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of fully typeset Urdu-language material with illustrations and design details in Adobe InDesign 
• Accuracy of Urdu text layout, consistency of visuals, and meeting deadlines for production
• Preparation of artwork for printing (bleed, color profiles, resolution)
• Conversion of content in Word, PDF, CorelDraw, handwriting, or sketching into files in InDesign/Illustrator
• Multiple rounds of editing on large numbers of pages
• Tight deadlines and milestone-based production schedule
