MAP Rice Mills Job 2026 – Senior Manager Production Required in Muridke

A position of Senior Manager Production has been advertised by MAP Rice Mills (Private) Limited in Muridke. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end rice milling process, having a special emphasis on production efficiency, maximization of yield, quality, process improvement, cost minimization, and performance of the entire plant. A candidate with Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering qualification and a minimum experience of 12-15 years in rice milling / food processing industry is required for the above position. It is desirable that the candidate should have sound skills in operation management and continuous improvement process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Manager Production
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in rice milling or food processing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall rice milling processes for efficiency and productivity 
• Implement improvements to improve quality, eliminate waste and cut down costs
• Manage the operations, maintenance and performance of the plant 
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality management system 
• Develop and lead production teams 
• Work in collaboration with other cross-functional teams
