Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts Department at the Mill Site
• Finance & Accounts (includes supervision of financial accounting, mill costing, budgeting, financial reporting, inventory & working capital management, taxation, audit, internal control, cash flow management and management MIS)
• Provide Strategic Financial support to Mill Management
• Responsible for manufacturing/process costing, budgeting and financial analysis plus ensuring adherence to financial control and audit requirements
• Drive digital finance transformation, AI analytics and modern finance practices
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment (especially in the sugar crushing season)
