Eligibility Criteria

Quality Assurance Engineer

• Education/Qualification: BE/BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant professional degree registered with PEC
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in railway signaling, telecommunications, power, construction, or facility management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and modify SOPs, work instructions, and checklists related to communication, signaling, power supply, track, electromechanical, and automation systems
• Ensure correct document control and record-keeping for QMS compliance
• Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in safety hazard identification, risk assessments, and drills
• Support the investigation teams of any accident/incident and give a factual report and analysis
• Deliver trainings and awareness sessions to the staff and contractors on the requirements of the QMS
• Represent the department in stakeholder forums/multidisciplinary meetings on issues relating to project quality and safety
• Arrange and attend ITMIS tickets settlement meeting with PMA for discussion on penalties
