Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, plus variance analysis, cost control, and other profitability initiatives
• Cash-flow management, working-capital models, treasury operations, and banking
• Statutory, tax, internal, and external audit liaison, including resolution of audit issues
• Compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory regulations
