Senior Boiler Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Operation & Maintenance: Operated boiler, utilities, WWTP, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, water systems, gas lines and other utility machinery. Responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance, reliability center, inspections and regulatory compliance.
- Project Management: Took care of the utilities projects, upgrades, retrofits and new installations. Prepared BOQs and technical specifications, and progressed projects to ensure timely and safe completion.
- Inventory & procurement: Maintained spares inventory, arranged purchase requisitions in SAP and material reservations. Took care of procurement of materials and external contractor resources.
- Contractor & Team Management: Coordinated and managed all contractor related activities while ensuring quality and safety of works. Managed the Utilities team, provided technical guidance, facilitated team cooperation and shared best practices.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensured adherence to company safety policies, departmental KPIs, standard operating procedures, SAP and Power BI activities while executing energy saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
