Neend Se Bedar Hone Ki Dua

In Islam, Muslims are encouraged to remember Allah after waking up from sleep. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught a beautiful supplication to recite when waking up.

This dua expresses gratitude to Allah for giving us life and allowing us to wake up after sleep.

Dua After Waking Up in Arabic

الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ

English Translation

All praise is due to Allah, who gave us life after causing us to die (sleep), and to Him is the resurrection.

Urdu Translation

تمام تعریفیں اللہ عزوجل کے لیے ہیں جس نے ہمیں موت (نیند) کے بعد زندگی عطا فرمائی اور اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔
