Hascol Petroleum Limited announces a career opportunity for the post of Site Manager for its Retail COCO Sites situated at M2 Bhera South. The duties will include, day to day sales reporting, management of daily, weekly, and monthly targets, maintenance of equipment and site standards, leading and training site staff, and supporting audits and inspections.

The applicant must be a Graduate having at least 5-8 years of relevant experience out of which he must possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably within an OMC and knowledge of HSE standards, inventory control and sales reporting.

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an OMC

Location: M2 Bhera South

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of HPL COCO sites operation in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE guidelines and regulations are followed in the site
• Cash, stock and daily report reconciliation and submission of required documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Daily sales report
• Daily, weekly and monthly target management
• Equipment and site maintenance and cleanliness in accordance with operating requirements and brand standards
• Train and supervise staff to ensure productivity and good customer service delivered
• Assist in audit, inspection and compliance activities
