Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released a job advertisement for the post of Fielding Coach (Red & White Ball) for the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team as published in August 2026.
The applicant would be instrumental in developing and improving the fielding technique of Pakistan National Team Players by training top players in line with international standards . The duties would involve application of latest fielding techniques, system analysis and evaluations, as well as training athletes according to the required international standards.
Eligible applicants should have a Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity dealing with elite cricketers, national/ franchise, or international teams.

- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literacy:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Coaching software experience is an added qualification
- Location: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, with the national team
